Yogi Bear's Preschool Playground is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its visitors and subscribers. Our intent throughout our online presence is to collect only the information we need to deliver excellent service. Further, by signing the Subscriber Agreement, you authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole unfettered discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability. By submitting your Subscriber Agreement, you authorize us to disclose your User ID, name, street address, city, province, postal code, country, phone number, e-mail, and company as we, in our sole unfettered discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.

Yogi Bear's Preschool Playground will take reasonable safeguards to ensure that records held by it, and which contain your personal information, are protected against loss, against unauthorized access, disclosure, use or modification, and against other misuse.

Right to Change
Yogi Bear's Preschool Playground may change its privacy policy from time to time in its sole discretion, and if our privacy policy changes, we will change this statement and post those changes here to keep you informed about how we treat your personal information. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to one (1) month subscription fees to the Yogi Bear's Preschool Playground website.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Ontario, Canada (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in Ontario, Canada. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
